PLEASE NOTE: This itinerary is subject to change based on city and state health regulations. A final, more detailed itinerary will be emailed to all registered attendees closer to the event date.

There is limited capacity for this event. Registration will be taken on a first come, first served basis. Deposits must be paid in order to be confirmed. 

 Walt Disney World Theme park ticket orders will be available in August. Please see the Walt Disney World Park Reservations section for information about making Park Reservations.

*When making flight reservations we suggest arriving at Coronado Springs Resort no later than 3:30 PM on Friday, November 17th. If flying, we recommend you land at Orlando International Airport (MCO) by 2:00 PM. You may fly back anytime on Monday, November 20th  after 12:00PM.

PLEASE NOTE: Travel arrangements to Orlando and airport transfers are NOT INCLUDED in the cost of the performance package. 

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2023: Rehearsal Day and Team Mickey Performance!

  • Rehearsal for both Team Mickey and Team Minnie at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
  • After rehearsal, Team Mickey will depart the hotel for Magic Kingdom where they will perform
  • After rehearsal, Team Minnie has a free day to visit the Theme Parks. Remember a Park Pass Reservation is required.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2023: Team Minnie Performance!

  • Team Minnie will depart Coronado Springs Resort for their performance at Magic Kingdom
  • Team Mickey has a free day to visit the Theme Parks.

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2023: Closing Event Breakfast!

  • Enjoy a breakfast celebration at Disney’s Coronado Springs
  • Depart home from Orlando!
    • In order to attend the celebration breakfast, flights should be booked to leave MCO after 12:00PM

**Attendees will only perform one time. Performance groups will be assigned once all registrations are received in August.

TOUR COST, RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS: The total number accepted for the tour is limited. Completed reservation application and $200.00 (non-refundable) per person deposit MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE VARSITY SPIRIT OFFICE within two weeks of your invoice date: (This deposit is credited towards your total cost.)

HOW DOES PRICING WORK?
Pricing is per person based on the total number of people in the room regardless if they are a participant or a spectator. For example, 3 participants and one spectator would be the quad rate per person. The participants would each pay the participant quad rate and the spectator would be the quad spectator price. All prices listed below is per person.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES: 

  • If you attended camp in June, your registration is due on July 14, 2023.
  • If you attended camp in July, your registration is due on August 16, 2023.
  • If you attended camp in August, your registration is due on September 13, 2023.

$200 per person deposit due upon invoice date.  If your deposit hasn’t been received within two weeks of your invoice date your registration will be canceled.

*FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE IN THE VARSITY SPIRIT OFFICE ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 13, 2023. UNIFORMS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL THE BALANCE OF PAYMENT IS MADE.

*Trips may sell out prior to deadlines. Registrations are taken on a first come, first served basis with deposits. After September 13, please call the Varsity Spirit office for availability at 844-399-0644 for availability. 

Cancellations on or before October 13, 2023 will receive a full refund except for the $200 deposit. For cancellations between October 14, 2023 and October 20, 2023 an additional $100 per person penalty will apply. After October 21, 2023, there will be no refunds.

EXTRA NIGHTS: A limited number of rooms are available for Thursday, November 16 or Monday, November 20. Extended stay room rate is $330 per room per night. Please indicate if you wish to purchase an extra night. Early onsite registration will be available for those purchasing the extra nights beginning Thursday, November 16. Adding an extra night DOES NOT automatically upgrade your Park HopperÂŽ

TICKET UPGRADE: Upgrades are available for your event Park HopperŽ  (costs below). Please indicate on your registration if you wish to do this.

FINAL PAYMENT: If final payment is not received on or before October 6, and special written arrangements are not made and approved with Varsity Spirit, you will automatically be removed from the tour, which will result in a complete forfeiture of all monies paid.

 CHAPERONES: EACH Performer MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE ADULT CHAPERONE. However, if there is more than one Performer attending from your school, you may have one chaperone for up to three Performers. Adult Chaperones must be 21 years of age or older. Varsity Spirit is not responsible for supervising the Performers.

Walt Disney World no longer operates the Disney Magic Express. Attendees will be responsible for their roundtrip transportation from the Orlando International Airport to the resorts. We have partnered with MEARS to provide a guests discount off of transportation to and from the airport!

👕Uniform Information

The uniform includes top and skirt with built in briefs for females and top and pants for males. All participants will need to bring white tennis shoes and white socks. Uniforms will be shipped two weeks prior to the event.

Uniform ordering link will be sent out in late July to all attendees who have paid their deposit.

🏰 Walt Disney World® Park Reservations

  • To help manage park capacity, the Walt Disney World Resort has introduced the Disney Park Pass service, a new Theme Park reservation system. In order to make your Theme Park reservations, you will need a My Disney Experiences account and valid Theme Park admission linked to it. Varsity Spirit will send you a ticket confirmation order number in late August for all customers paid in full. Then, simply create a My Disney Experience account and select the dates and Theme Parks you wish to visit. To enter a Theme Park, both a reservation and valid admission for the same Park on the same date are required. Please note that reservations are limited in capacity, subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed. If the first park you would like to attend reaches capacity, you can make a reservation for another park and then “hop” to your top choice after 2PM that day. Park availability is very limited and Varsity Spirit will not be able to assist with park reservations.
    • For those spectators and participants on our hotel travel package and those who purchased a Walt Disney World Park Hopper pass from Varsity Spirit,  a park reservation for Magic Kingdom will be pre-loaded on to your ticket for the day of your All American’s performance.

IMPORTANT NOTE WHEN PURCHASING THEME PARK TICKETS: The reselling or the transferring of theme park tickets in the state of Florida is a crime as described under Florida state laws; Florida Statutes s. 817.361 and Florida Statutes s. 817.36

TOUR ORGANIZER: This tour is being organized for selected All-Americans of the Universal Cheerleaders Association, Universal Dance Association, National Cheerleaders Association, National Dance Alliance divisions and Urban Cheerleading Experience of Varsity Spirit LLC.

VARSITY SPIRIT LLC shall NOT bear any liability to the passenger or any third party for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or any defect, through the acts of defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour and/or performance events, venues, etc. as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangers incident to fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, unhealthy conditions, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical, or customs regulations, or from any other causes beyond the control of VARSITY SPIRIT LLC. VARSITY SPIRIT LLC shall not be liable for any losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or any other causes. The right is reserved to decline, to accept, or to retain any tour passenger should such person’s health or general deportment impede the operation of the tour to the detriment of other passengers. No refunds for tour portions or unused services can be made unless agreed prior to the scheduled deadlines. Your retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and agreement on your part to convey the contents herein to your traveling companions. Payment of any deposit of final payment shall be deemed to constitute consent be each passenger to these terms. Baggage is carried at the owner’s risk and baggage insurance is strongly recommended. It is also recommended that each participant in this tour have his or her own attorney review this RESPONSIBILITY DISCLOSURE NOTICE before indicated his or her consent by signing the reservation form.

How much spending money should I bring with me?
That’s up to you. You will only need money for meals not included in the package and miscellaneous items such as snacks and souvenirs.

How often will I receive updates?
We try to communicate regularly with all attendees. Most of the communication will come through the event BAND group. Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a link to join, please be sure to do so ASAP. If you’re not receiving emails or have additional email addresses you’d like added to our distribution list then email John Calitri at jcalitri@varsity.com.

My coach is coming to Florida as a spectator. Can he/she attend practice? Can my parents?
In order to eliminate all distractions and comply with social distancing, our rehearsals are closed to all spectators. This will hopefully allow us to streamline the practices which in turn should allow for more time in the parks!

What happens if I get injured or become ill during the event?
We will have first aid staff on duty throughout the event. Additional medical treatment is at the expense of the participant.

When do we need to arrive to Orlando?
Normal arrival day is Friday, Nov. 17. We do offer a limited number of extra nights on Thursday, Nov. 16 for those requesting an early arrival. We suggest arriving at the resort no later than 3:30 PM on Sunday (2:00 PM arrival to the Orlando International Airport MCO).  This will allow plenty of time for you to get to the hotel, register and be ready for rehearsal that evening.  It will also allow for any potential flight delays due to weather. 

Do we have to follow the group itinerary when it comes to visiting the theme parks each day?
No, unless it is your performance day.  You must follow the group itinerary for your group performance times.  Other days you do not have to follow the group itinerary.

We missed our deadline for registration and deposit…Are we too late?

How do we know what size uniform to order?
Watch this short video with instructions on how to properly measure for your uniform. Please note: Your current Varsity uniform will more than likely be a different fit than the uniform we use for Special Events. 

My performer already has a uniform from the 2022 Varsity Spirit Spectacular. Is the uniform the same and do we get a discount? 
The uniform for the 2023 Varsity Spirit Spectacular will be the same as the  2022 event but not the 2020 event. If your performer already has the uniform from the 2022 Varsity Spirit Spectacular, please indicate this on your uniform sheet and you may deduct $40 from your cost.

What is the difference between the Participant and Spectator pricing?
The uniform, performer bag, choreography material and parade opportunity are the only differences. Everything that is listed as INCLUDED in the tour package is available to everyone.

Are there advantages to staying at the Coronado Springs Resort™?
Yes, in addition to the convenience of the Varsity check in, orientation and rehearsal being at the Coronado Springs Resort™ Disney provides transportation to all of the Walt Disney World theme parks from the resort.

What does “Magic Your Way Ticket with Park Hopper® Option” mean?
A Magic Your Way Ticket with Park Hopper® Option enables you to visit more than one park a day. If you purchase a Magic Your Way Ticket with Park Hopper® Option from Varsity Spirit, you will be able to make a reservation for at least one of the theme parks. It is a possibility that some parks may reach capacity so we strongly recommend you register / pay early so you can get your tickets and book your reservations for your top choices.
